The 2024 Nola Jazz Fest Dead Funk Summit was one of the most amazing nights getting to hear so many talented musicians having the best time playing together. The I am still reeling in all the epic performances I witnessed and photographed during Jazzfest in New Orleans this year, and this show was one that will remain at the top of the list. Toulouse Theater is an experience unto itself, then add crazy amounts of talent plus projection art and an completely engaged audience, it became a room full of inspiration and artistry.
